    Composition :

    1. Peptone (0.5%) : Supplies organic nitrogen.
    2. Beef Extract or Yeast Extract (0.3%) : Offers vitamins, carbohydrates, nitrogen, and salts.
    3. Agar (1.5%) : Solidifying agent.
    4. Sodium Chloride (0.5%) : Maintains osmotic balance.
    5. Distilled Water : Acts as a solvent.
    6. pH : Adjusted to neutral (around 6.8) at 25°C.

    Preparation :

    1. Dissolve the specified amount of powder in distilled water.
    2. Sterilize the mixture by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
    3. Cool to approximately 50°C.
