YWHAQ antibody - 100 µg
Host : Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Clone: 8D2
Isotype: IgG1
Immunogen: tyrosine 3-monooxygenase
tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein, theta polypeptide
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 28 kDa
Uniprot: P27348
Gene id: 10971
Background: 14-3-3 theta(also known as YWHAQ, or 14-3-3 tau) is a member of 14-3-3 proteins which were the first phosphoserine
phosphothreonine-binding proteins to be discovered. 14-3-3 family members interact with a wide spectrum of proteins and possess diverse functions. Mammals express seven distinct 14-3-3 isoforms(gamma, epsilon, beta, zeta, sigma, theta, tau) that form multiple homo-and hetero-dimmers. 14-3-3 proteins display the highest expression levels in the brain, and have been implicated in several neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. This antibody was raised against full-length 14-3-3 theta.
Field of research: Neuroscience, Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:1000-1:10000; IHC: 1:20-1:200; IF: 1:20-1:200
Target: YWHAQ
Purification: Protein A+G purification
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
