EGFR antibody - 100 µg
Host : Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Clone: 2C9
Isotype: IgG1
Immunogen: epidermal growth factor receptor
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 140-160 kDa
Uniprot: P00533
Gene id: 1956
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is a member of the protein kinase superfamily. This protein is a receptor for members of the epidermal growth factor family. EGFR is a cell surface protein that binds to epidermal growth factor. Binding of the protein to a ligand induces receptor dimerization and tyrosine autophosphorylation and leads to cell proliferation. Mutations in this gene are associated with lung cancer.
Field of research: Signal Transduction, Immunology, Cancer
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:2000 - 1:10000; IHC: 1:100 - 1:1000
Target: EGFR
Purification: protein A+G purified
Reactivity: Human
