FCGR3A antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: Fc fragment of IgG, low affinity IIIa, receptor (CD16a)
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 55 kDa
Uniprot: P08637
Gene id: 2214
Background: CD16 is a 50-70-kDa low affinity Fc receptor found on the surface of natural killer cells, neutrophil polymorphonuclear leukocytes, monocytes and macrophages. CD16 mediates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and other antibody-dependent responses, such as phagocytosis. CD16 has been identified as Fc receptors FcγRIIIa (CD16a) and FcγRIIIb (CD16b), encoded by two nearly identical genes, FCGR3A and the FCGR3B.
Field of research: Signal Transduction, Cardiovascular, Immunology, Cancer, Stem Cells
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:200-1:2000; IHC: 1:50-1:200
Target: FCGR3A
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human
