Vitamin D binding protein antibody - 100 µg
Host : Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Clone: 2H10
Isotype: IgG1
Immunogen: group-specific component(vitamin D binding protein)
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 53 kDa
Uniprot: P02774
Gene id: 2638
Background: Vitamin D binding protein is a sparsely glycosylated serum protein responsible for highly specific binding and tissue-specific delivery of vitamin D and its metabolites. In addition, it is also an actin scavenger, and is the precursor to the immunomodulatory protein, Gc-MAF. Vitamin D binding protein has been proposed to have significant roles in C5a chemotaxis, osteoclast development and possibly in macrophage activation
recruitment.
Field of research: Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:1000-1:10000
Target: Vitamin D binding protein
Purification: Protein A+G purification
Reactivity: Human
