VHL antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: von Hippel-Lindau tumor suppressor
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 18-24 kDa
Uniprot: P40337
Gene id: 7428
Background: Involved in the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation via the von Hippel-Lindau ubiquitination complex. Seems to act as a target recruitment subunit in the E3 ubiquitin ligase complex and recruits hydroxylated hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF) under normoxic conditions. Involved in transcriptional repression through interaction with HIF1A, HIF1AN and histone deacetylases. Ubiquitinates, in an oxygen-responsive manner, ADRB2.
Field of research: Cancer, Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IHC: 1:50-1:200; IF: 1:20-1:200
Target: VHL
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
