TRIP10 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: thyroid hormone receptor interactor 10
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 75-85 kDa
Uniprot: Q15642
Gene id: 9322
Background: Required for translocation of GLUT4 to the plasma membrane in response to insulin signaling(By similarity). Required to coordinate membrane tubulation with reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton during endocytosis. Binds to lipids such as phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and phosphatidylserine and promotes membrane invagination and the formation of tubules. Also promotes CDC42-induced actin polymerization by recruiting WASL
N-WASP which in turn activates the Arp2
3 complex. Actin polymerization may promote the fission of membrane tubules to form endocytic vesicles. Required for the formation of podosomes, actin-rich adhesion structures specific to monocyte-derived cells. May be required for the lysosomal retention of FASLG
FASL.
Field of research: Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:5000; IP: 1:500-1:5000; IF: 1:10-1:100
Target: TRIP10
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
