TKT antibody - 100 µg
Host : Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Clone: 4E2
Isotype: IgG1
Immunogen: transketolase
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 68 kDa
Uniprot: P29401
Gene id: 7086
Background: Transketolase is a key pentose phosphate shunt enzyme that plays an important role in the production of reducing equivalents and pentose sugars. Decreased activity of transketolase has been found in patients with Alzheimer’s disease and thiamine deficiency. In addition, as an important biocatalyst in stereo-specific carbon-carbon bond synthesis, transketolase has been widely used in industry to produce aromatic products.
Field of research: Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, FC
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:5000; IHC: 1:20-1:200; IF: 1:20-1:200
Target: TKT
Purification: Protein A+G purification
Reactivity: Human, Mouse
