SYNM antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: synemin, intermediate filament protein
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 175 kDa
Uniprot: O15061
Gene id: 23336
Background: Type-VI intermediate filament(IF) which plays an important cytoskeletal role within the muscle cell cytoskeleton. It forms heteropolymeric IFs with desmin and
or vimentin, and via its interaction with cytoskeletal proteins alpha-dystrobrevin, dystrophin, talin-1, utrophin and vinculin, is able to link these heteropolymeric IFs to adherens-type junctions, such as to the costameres, neuromuscular junctions, and myotendinous junctions within striated muscle cells.
Field of research: Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IHC: 1:20-1:200; IF: 1:10-1:100
Target: SYNM
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human
