RARB antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: retinoic acid receptor, beta
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight:
Uniprot: P10826
Gene id: 5915
Background: Receptor for retinoic acid. Retinoic acid receptors bind as heterodimers to their target response elements in response to their ligands, all-trans or 9-cis retinoic acid, and regulate gene expression in various biological processes. The RXR
RAR heterodimers bind to the retinoic acid response elements(RARE) composed of tandem 5'-AGGTCA-3' sites known as DR1-DR5. In the absence or presence of hormone ligand, acts mainly as an activator of gene expression due to weak binding to corepressors. In concert with RARG, required for skeletal growth, matrix homeostasis and growth plate function.
Field of research: Cancer, Signal Transduction, Metabolism, Developmental biology
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, IHC, IF
Dilution: IHC: 1:20-1:200; IF: 1:20-1:200
Target: RARB
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
