RAB35 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: RAB35, member RAS oncogene family
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 25 kDa
Uniprot: Q15286
Gene id: 11021
Background: The small GTPases Rab are key regulators of intracellular membrane trafficking, from the formation of transport vesicles to their fusion with membranes. Rabs cycle between an inactive GDP-bound form and an active GTP-bound form that is able to recruit to membranes different sets of downstream effectors directly responsible for vesicle formation, movement, tethering and fusion. That Rab is involved in the process of endocytosis and is an essential rate-limiting regulator of the fast recycling pathway back to the plasma membrane. During cytokinesis, required for the postfurrowing terminal steps, namely for intercellular bridge stability and abscission, possibly by controlling phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bis phosphate(PIP2) and SEPT2 localization at the intercellular bridge. May indirectly regulate neurite outgrowth.
Field of research: Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IP, IHC, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IP: 1:200-1:1000; IHC: 1:20-1:200; IF: 1:20-1:200
Target: RAB35
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
