RAB12 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: RAB12, member RAS oncogene family
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 28 kDa
Uniprot: Q6IQ22
Gene id: 201475
Background: The small GTPases Rab are key regulators of intracellular membrane trafficking, from the formation of transport vesicles to their fusion with membranes. Rabs cycle between an inactive GDP-bound form and an active GTP-bound form that is able to recruit to membranes different set of downstream effectors directly responsible for vesicle formation, movement, tethering and fusion. That Rab may play a role in protein transport from recycling endosomes to lysosomes regulating, for instance, the degradation of the transferrin receptor. Involved in autophagy(By similarity).
Field of research: Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IP, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IP: 1:500-1:1000 ; IHC: 1:20-1:200; IF: 1:50-1:500
Target: RAB12
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
