PTPRZ1 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: protein tyrosine phosphatase, receptor-type, Z polypeptide 1
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 163-175 kDa
Uniprot: P23471
Gene id: 5803
Background: Protein tyrosine phosphatase that negatively regulates oligodendrocyte precursor proliferation in the embryonic spinal cord. Required for normal differentiation of the precursor cells into mature, fully myelinating oligodendrocytes. May play a role in protecting oligondendrocytes against apoptosis. May play a role in the establishment of contextual memory, probably via the dephosphorylation of proteins that are part of important signaling cascades(By similarity).
Field of research: Signal Transduction, Metabolism, Developmental biology
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000
Target: PTPRZ1
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
