PPP6C antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: protein phosphatase 6, catalytic subunit
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 35 kDa
Uniprot: O00743
Gene id: 5537
Background: Catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase 6(PP6). PP6 is a component of a signaling pathway regulating cell cycle progression in response to IL2 receptor stimulation. N-terminal domain restricts G1 to S phase progression in cancer cells, in part through control of cyclin D1. Downregulates MAP3K7 kinase activation of the IL1 signaling pathway by dephosphorylation of MAP3K7.
Field of research: Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000
Target: PPP6C
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
