PPARGC1B antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma, coactivator 1 beta
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 100-110 kDa
Uniprot: Q86YN6
Gene id: 133522
Background: Plays a role of stimulator of transcription factors and nuclear receptors activities. Activates transcritional activity of estrogen receptor alpha, nuclear respiratory factor 1(NRF1) and glucocorticoid receptor in the presence of glucocorticoids. May play a role in constitutive non-adrenergic-mediated mitochondrial biogenesis as suggested by increased basal oxygen consumption and mitochondrial number when overexpressed. May be involved in fat oxidation and non-oxidative glucose metabolism and in the regulation of energy expenditure. Induces the expression of PERM1 in the skeletal muscle in an ESRRA-dependent manner.
Field of research: Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000
Target: PPARGC1B
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse
