Phospho-Akt(Ser473) antibody - 100 µg
Host : Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Clone: 5H4
Isotype: IgG1
Immunogen: v-akt murine thymoma viral oncogene homolog 1
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 60 kDa
Uniprot: P31749
Gene id:
Background: The serine-threonine protein kinase AKT1 is catalytically inactive in serum-starved primary and immortalized fibroblasts. Survival factors can suppress apoptosis in a transcription-independent manner by activating the serine
threonine kinase AKT1, which then phosphorylates and inactivates components of the apoptotic machinery. This antibody detects all the members of AKT with phospho-modification.
Field of research: Metabolism, Cardiovascular, Immunology, Developmental biology, Neuroscience, Stem Cells
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, IHC, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:1000-1:4000; IHC: 1:50-1:200
Target: Phospho-Akt(Ser473)
Purification: Protein A+G purification
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
