NR2E3 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: nuclear receptor subfamily 2, group E, member 3
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 43-45 kDa
Uniprot: Q9Y5X4
Gene id: 10002
Background: Orphan nuclear receptor of retinal photoreceptor cells. Transcriptional factor that is an activator of rod development and repressor of cone development. Binds the promoter region of a number of rod-and cone-specific genes, including rhodopsin, M-and S-opsin and rod-specific phosphodiesterase beta subunit. Enhances rhodopsin expression. Represses M-and S-cone opsin expression.
Field of research: Signal Transduction, Metabolism, Developmental biology, Neuroscience, Stem Cells
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IF, FC
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IHC: 1:20-1:200; IF: 1:20-1:100
Target: NR2E3
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
