NR1H3 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Clone: 7D2
Isotype: IgG2a
Immunogen: nuclear receptor subfamily 1, group H, member 3
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 48 kDa
Uniprot: Q13133
Gene id: 10062
Background: Nuclear receptor. Interaction with RXR shifts RXR from its role as a silent DNA-binding partner to an active ligand-binding subunit in mediating retinoid responses through target genes defined by LXRES. LXRES are DR4-type response elements characterized by direct repeats of two similar hexanuclotide half-sites spaced by four nucleotides. Plays an important role in the regulation of cholesterol homeostasis, regulating cholesterol uptake through MYLIP-dependent ubiquitination of LDLR, VLDLR and LRP8. Interplays functionally with RORA for the regulation of genes involved in liver metabolism(By similarity). Exhibits a ligand-dependent transcriptional activation activity(PubMed:25661920).
Field of research: Neuroscience, Cardiovascular, Metabolism, Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:200-1:1000; IF: 1:10-1:100
Target: NR1H3
Purification: Protein A+G purification
Reactivity: Human, Rat
