MUC1 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: mucin 1, cell surface associated
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 23-30 kDa
Uniprot: P15941
Gene id: 4582
Background: MUC1 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by various epithelial cells of female reproductive tract, lung, breast, kidney, stomach, and pancreas. MUC1 is transcribed as a large precursor gene product, and upon translation, is cleaved in the endoplasmic reticulum, yielding two subunits: the large extracellular N-terminal subunit (MUC1-N, about 120-200 kDa) and the small cytoplasmic C-terminal subunit (MUC1-C, about 23-30 kDa).
Field of research: Cancer, Immunology
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, FC, IHC, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:1000; IHC: 1:20-1:200
Target: MUC1
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human
