KCNN4 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Clone: 8A11
Isotype: IgG2a
Immunogen: potassium intermediate
small conductance calcium-activated channel, subfamily N, member 4
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 48 kDa
Uniprot: O15554
Gene id: 3783
Background: Forms a voltage-independent potassium channel that is activated by intracellular calcium(PubMed:26148990). Activation is followed by membrane hyperpolarization which promotes calcium influx. Required for maximal calcium influx and proliferation during the reactivation of naive T-cells. The channel is blocked by clotrimazole and charybdotoxin but is insensitive to apamin(PubMed:17157250, PubMed:18796614).
Field of research: Neuroscience, Developmental biology
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000
Target: KCNN4
Purification: Protein A+G purification
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
