KCNJ15 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 15
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 35 kDa
Uniprot: Q99712
Gene id: 3772
Background: Inward rectifier potassium channels are characterized by a greater tendency to allow potassium to flow into the cell rather than out of it. Their voltage dependence is regulated by the concentration of extracellular potassium; as external potassium is raised, the voltage range of the channel opening shifts to more positive voltages. The inward rectification is mainly due to the blockage of outward current by internal magnesium.
Field of research: Cardiovascular
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IHC: 1:20-1:200
Target: KCNJ15
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
