JMJD6 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: jumonji domain containing 6
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 42 kDa
Uniprot: Q6NYC1
Gene id: 23210
Background: This gene encodes a nuclear protein with a JmjC domain. JmjC domain-containing proteins are predicted to function as protein hydroxylases or histone demethylases. This protein was first identified as a putative phosphatidylserine receptor involved in phagocytosis of apoptotic cells; however, subsequent studies have indicated that it does not directly function in the clearance of apoptotic cells, and questioned whether it is a true phosphatidylserine receptor. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Field of research: Epigenetics, Signal Transduction, Metabolism, Developmental biology, Stem Cells
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:200
Target: JMJD6
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
