GSK3B antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 47 kDa
Uniprot: P49841
Gene id: 2932
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a serine-threonine kinase, belonging to the glycogen synthase kinase subfamily. It is involved in energy metabolism, neuronal cell development, and body pattern formation. Polymorphisms in this gene have been implicated in modifying risk of Parkinson disease, and studies in mice show that overexpression of this gene may be relevant to the pathogenesis of Alzheimer disease. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Field of research: Signal Transduction, Metabolism, Cardiovascular, Immunology, Developmental biology, Neuroscience, Cell Division and Proliferation
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:1000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:100
Target: GSK3B
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
