GLYAT antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: glycine-N-acyltransferase
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 35 kDa
Uniprot: Q6IB77
Gene id: 10249
Background: Mitochondrial acyltransferase which transfers an acyl group to the N-terminus of glycine and glutamine, although much less efficiently. Can conjugate numerous substrates to form a variety of N-acylglycines, with a preference for benzoyl-CoA over phenylacetyl-CoA as acyl donors. Thereby detoxify xenobiotics, such as benzoic acid or salicylic acid, and endogenous organic acids, such as isovaleric acid.
Field of research: Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000
Target: GLYAT
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse
