LGALS3 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Clone: 4D7
Isotype: IgG1
Immunogen: lectin, galactoside-binding, soluble, 3
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 31 kDa
Uniprot: P17931
Gene id: 3958
Background: Galectins are a family of animal lectins defined by shared characteristic amino-acid sequences and affinity for β-galactose-containing oligosac-charides(PMID: 8063692). Galectin-3 contains one carbohydrate recognition domain(CRD) and a proline-and glycine-rich N-terminal domain through which is able to form oligomers. Galectin-3 is widely expressed in many normal tissues and a variety of tumors.
Field of research: Cardiovascular, Cancer, Immunology, Neuroscience, Cell Division and Proliferation
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IF, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:1000-1:5000; IHC: 1:50-1:200; IF: 1:20-1:200
Target: LGALS3
Purification: Protein A+G purification
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
