FABP1 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: fatty acid binding protein 1, liver
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 14 kDa
Uniprot: P07148
Gene id: 2168
Background: This gene encodes the fatty acid binding protein found in liver. Fatty acid binding proteins are a family of small, highly conserved, cytoplasmic proteins that bind long-chain fatty acids and other hydrophobic ligands. This protein and FABP6 (the ileal fatty acid binding protein) are also able to bind bile acids. It is thought that FABPs roles include fatty acid uptake, transport, and metabolism.
Field of research: Stem Cells, Signal Transduction, Metabolism, Developmental biology
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:200; IF: 1:50 - 1:200
Target: FABP1
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse
