ERCC1 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: excision repair cross-complementing rodent repair deficiency, complementation group 1(includes overlapping antisense sequence)
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 36-38 kDa
Uniprot: P07992
Gene id: 2067
Background: Isoform 1: Non-catalytic component of a structure-specific DNA repair endonuclease responsible for the 5'-incision during DNA repair. Responsible, in conjunction with SLX4, for the first step in the repair of interstrand cross-links(ICL). Participates in the processing of anaphase bridge-generating DNA structures, which consist in incompletely processed DNA lesions arising during S or G2 phase, and can result in cytokinesis failure. Also required for homology-directed repair(HDR) of DNA double-strand breaks, in conjunction with SLX4.
Field of research: Epigenetics, Cancer, Metabolism, Developmental biology
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IP
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IP: 1:200-1:1000; IHC: 1:20-1:200
Target: ERCC1
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
