EPCAM antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: epithelial cell adhesion molecule
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 40 kDa
Uniprot: P16422
Gene id: 4072
Background: This gene encodes a carcinoma-associated antigen and is a member of a family that includes at least two type I membrane proteins. This antigen is expressed on most normal epithelial cells and gastrointestinal carcinomas and functions as a homotypic calcium-independent cell adhesion molecule. The antigen is being used as a target for immunotherapy treatment of human carcinomas. Mutations in this gene result in congenital tufting enteropathy.
Field of research: Stem Cells, Immunology, Signal Transduction, Cancer
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:200; IF: 1:20 - 1:200
Target: EPCAM
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse
