DCN antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: decorin
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 45 kDa
Uniprot: P07585
Gene id: 1634
Background: Decorin is a member of the small leucine-rich proteoglycan family of proteins. Decorin interacts with type I collagen fibrils, thereby influencing the kinetics of fibril formation and the distance between adjacent collagen fibrils. Binding of this protein to multiple cell surface receptors mediates its role in tumor suppression, including a stimulatory effect on autophagy and inflammation and an inhibitory effect on angiogenesis and tumorigenesis.
Field of research: Stem Cells, Cardiovascular, Developmental biology, Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, IHC, WB, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IHC: 1:20-1:200; IF: 1:50-1:500
Target: DCN
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
