ACKR3 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: chemokine(C-X-C motif) receptor 7
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 45-50 kDa
Uniprot: P25106
Gene id:
Background: CXCR7, also named as CMKOR1, GPR159 and RDC1, belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. It is a receptor for CXCL12
SDF1. CXCR7 acts as coreceptor with CXCR4 for a restricted number of HIV isolates. CXCR7 was shown to contribute to neoangiogenesis in prostate cancer and to promote tumor cell proliferation in breast cancer and adenocarcinoma of the lung.
Field of research: Immunology, Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, IHC, IF, WB, FC
Dilution: WB: 1:200-1:1000; IHC: 1:20-1:200; IF: 1:10-1:100
Target: ACKR3
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
