CPOX antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: coproporphyrinogen oxidase
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 36 kDa
Uniprot: P36551
Gene id: 1371
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is the sixth enzyme of the heme biosynthetic pathway. The encoded enzyme is soluble and found in the intermembrane space of mitochondria. This enzyme catalyzes the stepwise oxidative decarboxylation of coproporphyrinogen III to protoporphyrinogen IX, a precursor of heme. Defects in this gene are a cause of hereditary coproporphyria (HCP).
Field of research: Cell Division and Proliferation, Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:200
Target: CPOX
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
