CHCHD3 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: coiled-coil-helix-coiled-coil-helix domain containing 3
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 30 kDa
Uniprot: Q9NX63
Gene id: 54927
Background: The protein encoded by this gene is an inner mitochondrial membrane scaffold protein. Absence of the encoded protein affects the structural integrity of mitochondrial cristae and leads to reductions in ATP production, cell growth, and oxygen consumption. This protein is part of the mitochondrial contact site and cristae organizing system (MICOS). Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Field of research: Signal Transduction, Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:100
Target: CHCHD3
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
