CAPZB antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: capping protein(actin filament) muscle Z-line, beta
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 30-31 kDa
Uniprot: P47756
Gene id: 832
Background: F-actin-capping proteins bind in a Ca(2+)-independent manner to the fast growing ends of actin filaments(barbed end) thereby blocking the exchange of subunits at these ends. Unlike other capping proteins(such as gelsolin and severin), these proteins do not sever actin filaments. Plays a role in the regulation of cell morphology and cytoskeletal organization.
Field of research: Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000
Target: CAPZB
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse
