CAMK1D antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: calcium
calmodulin-dependent protein kinase ID
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 45 kDa
Uniprot: Q8IU85
Gene id: 57118
Background: This gene is a member of the calcium
calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 1 family, a subfamily of the serine
threonine kinases. The encoded protein is a component of the calcium-regulated calmodulin-dependent protein kinase cascade. It has been associated with multiple processes including regulation of granulocyte function, activation of CREB-dependent gene transcription, aldosterone synthesis, differentiation and activation of neutrophil cells, and apoptosis of erythroleukemia cells. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms of this gene have been described.
Field of research: Neuroscience, Signal Transduction, Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC, IF
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:200; IF: 1:50 - 1:200
Target: CAMK1D
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
