CALM3 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: calmodulin 3(phosphorylase kinase, delta)
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 17 kDa
Uniprot: P0DP25
Gene id: 808
Background: Calmodulin mediates the control of a large number of enzymes, ion channels, aquaporins and other proteins by Ca(2+). Among the enzymes to be stimulated by the calmodulin-Ca(2+) complex are a number of protein kinases and phosphatases. Together with CCP110 and centrin, is involved in a genetic pathway that regulates the centrosome cycle and progression through cytokinesis.
Field of research: Cardiovascular, Cancer, Cell Division and Proliferation, Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, IHC, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:2000; IHC: 1:20-1:200
Target: CALM3
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
