BUB1 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: budding uninhibited by benzimidazoles 1 homolog (yeast)
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 133 kDa
Uniprot: O43683
Gene id: 699
Background: This gene encodes a serine
threonine-protein kinase that play a central role in mitosis. The encoded protein functions in part by phosphorylating members of the mitotic checkpoint complex and activating the spindle checkpoint. This protein also plays a role in inhibiting the activation of the anaphase promoting complex
cyclosome. This protein may also function in the DNA damage response. Mutations in this gene have been associated with aneuploidy and several forms of cancer. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Field of research: Cancer, Cell Division and Proliferation, Metabolism, Developmental biology
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, IHC, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:200
Target: BUB1
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
