BRAF antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 98 kDa
Uniprot: P15056
Gene id: 673
Background: This gene encodes a protein belonging to the raf
mil family of serine
threonine protein kinases. This protein plays a role in regulating the MAP kinase
ERKs signaling pathway, which affects cell division, differentiation, and secretion. Mutations in this gene are associated with cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome, a disease characterized by heart defects, mental retardation and a distinctive facial appearance. Mutations in this gene have also been associated with various cancers, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma, colorectal cancer, malignant melanoma, thyroid carcinoma, non-small cell lung carcinoma, and adenocarcinoma of lung. A pseudogene, which is located on chromosome X, has been identified for this gene.
Field of research: Cancer, Cell Division and Proliferation, Cardiovascular, Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:200
Target: BRAF
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
