ATP2C1 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: ATPase, Ca++ transporting, type 2C, member 1
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 101 kDa
Uniprot: P98194
Gene id: 27032
Background: The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases. This magnesium-dependent enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the transport of calcium ions. Defects in this gene cause Hailey-Hailey disease, an autosomal dominant disorder. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
Field of research: Signal Transduction, Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:200
Target: ATP2C1
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
