APOH antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: apolipoprotein H(beta-2-glycoprotein I)
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 43-55 kDa
Uniprot: P02749
Gene id: 350
Background: Apolipoprotein H(ApoH), also known as beta2-glycoprotein I(B2-GPI), is a plasma glycoprotein, primarily synthesized in the liver. It has an important function in blood coagulation and clearance of apoptotic bodies from the circulation. ApoH is also an important actor of host innate immune response through its capacity to bind with high affinity to a large panel of pathogens or their proteins.
Field of research: Cardiovascular
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:500-1:5000; IHC: 1:20-1:200
Target: APOH
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human
