ANGPTL3 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: angiopoietin-like 3
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 53 kDa
Uniprot: Q9Y5C1
Gene id: 27329
Background: This gene encodes a member of a family of secreted proteins that function in angiogenesis. The encoded protein, which is expressed predominantly in the liver, is further processed into an N-terminal coiled-coil domain-containing chain and a C-terminal fibrinogen chain. The N-terminal chain is important for lipid metabolism, while the C-terminal chain may be involved in angiogenesis. Mutations in this gene cause familial hypobetalipoproteinemia type 2.
Field of research: Signal Transduction
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:100 - 1:200
Target: ANGPTL3
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
