ADORA1 antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: adenosine A1 receptor
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 37 kDa
Uniprot: P30542
Gene id: 134
Background: ADORA1, also named as RDC7, is a receptor for adenosine. It is mediated by G proteins which inhibit adenylyl cyclase. Adenosine is an important mediator of ethanol intoxication and exerts some of its effects via ADORA1 in the central nervous system. The antibody is specific to ADORA1.
Field of research: Neuroscience, Signal Transduction, Developmental biology
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB,IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:200-1:2000; IHC: 1:50-1:500
Target: ADORA1
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse
