ACVR1C antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: activin A receptor, type IC
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 60 kDa
Uniprot: Q8NER5
Gene id: 130399
Background: ACVR1C is a type I receptor for the TGFB (see MIM 190180) family of signaling molecules. Upon ligand binding, type I receptors phosphorylate cytoplasmic SMAD transcription factors, which then translocate to the nucleus and interact directly with DNA or in complex with other transcription factors (Bondestam et al., 2001 [PubMed 12063393]).
Field of research: Stem Cells, Signal Transduction, Metabolism
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
Dilution: WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:100 - 1:200
Target: ACVR1C
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
