GGACT antibody - 100 µg
Host : Rabbit
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG
Immunogen: AIG2-like domain 1
Purity: ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight: 17 kDa
Uniprot: Q9BVM4
Gene id: 87769
Background: AIG2-like domain 1(also known as Gamma-glutamylaminecyclotransferase) contributes to degradation of proteins cross-linked by transglutaminases. It degrades the cross-link between a lysine and a glutamic acid residue from two proteins that have been cross-linked by transglutaminases. It also catalyzes the formation of 5-oxoproline from L-gamma-glutamyl-L-epsilon-lysine.
Field of research:
Storage conditions: PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3, -20°C for 12 months(Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: ELISA, WB
Dilution: WB: 1:200-1:2000
Target: GGACT
Purification: Immunogen affinity purified
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
