APC Anti-Human CD62L Antibody(DREG56) - 100 Tests
Host : Mouse
Clonality: Polyclonal
Clone:
Isotype: IgG1 kappa
Immunogen: L-selectin
Purity:
Form: Liquid
Molecular weight:
Uniprot:
Gene id:
Background: This gene encodes a cell surface adhesion molecule that belongs to a family of adhesion
homing receptors. The encoded protein contains a C-type lectin-like domain, a calcium-binding epidermal growth factor-like domain, and two short complement-like repeats. The gene product is required for binding and subsequent rolling of leucocytes on endothelial cells, facilitating their migration into secondary lymphoid organs and inflammation sites. Single-nucleotide polymorphisms in this gene have been associated with various diseases including immunoglobulin A nephropathy. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.
Field of research:
Storage conditions: PBS with 0. 1% sodium azide, 1%BSA, pH 7.3, 2-8°C for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze
thaw cycles.)
Applications: FC
Dilution: Volume per test: 5μL. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 µL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 µL staining volume or per 100 µL of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use.
Target: Human CD64L
Purification:
Reactivity: Human
